Corporate Management

Scientific Advisor

David J. Vaughan acts as an advisor to the Company. Dr. Vaughan holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Pathology and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto as well as an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a B. Sc. In Chemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Dr. David Vaughan is currently active as an independent consultant to the Pharmaceutical Industry with significant clinical / preclinical development and regulatory expertise in the Anti-infectives, Pain, CNS, and Gastrointestinal Disease areas. Dr. Vaughan has guided and successfully completed preclinical development programs for several biotechnology companies resulting in multiple IND and CTA approvals. Dr. Vaughan has a lengthy Curriculum Vitae and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over thirty years.
