Research collaboration

Jupiter Biomedical Research, Inc. has entered a research collaboration with the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc., a National Cancer Institute-designated, comprehensive cancer center, to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of action of its lead clinical candidate, JBR-102, across multiple solid tumor cancer cell types. This collaboration has helped to accelerate JBR's innovative therapeutic development capabilities with Moffitt's world-class cancer research and clinical expertise to advance novel treatment options for patients in need

JBR-102 preclinical IND-enabling work advancing on the lead GBM indication

Preclinical IND-enabling work on JBR-102, the company's oral small-molecule therapeutic for cancer, is advancing on the lead glioblastoma indication. The program has made significant progress since beginning a research collaboration with the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute. IND-enabling work is targeted to complete by 2027, with first human clinical study planned for 2027.

JBR-201 demonstrates activity across three classes of viral pathogens

JBR-201, the company's oral broad-spectrum antiviral candidate, has demonstrated initial activity against three different classes of viral pathogens. New preclinical evaluation is underway. The next phase of work extends to investigations across additional viral classes and progresses to broader in vitro and in vivo animal model evaluations.
